Should I use wrist wraps?
I get some wrist and elbow pain during presses... even on machines, when I do low reps & high weight.
Yes, I keep my elbows under my wrists.
Difficult for me to keep my wrists fixed.
I was thinking of buying some wrist wraps and use them for a while.
From what I've read, they can help with joint pain.
Any experience with them?

Also, I do have boxing wraps.
Could these help or do they need to be elastic wraps?
