gyno or just fat ?

so as the title says, im at about 18% bf and this is the chest. do you guys think its fat or gyno?

It could be gyno but I think it’s just fat.

I don't really see what you're talking about, and an internet forum isn't the place for a medical diagnosis so I advise you to go see your attending physician to address your concerns.

Hard to say for sure, but it doesn't look like it based on that pic. If you don't feel any lumps, then it's probably not gyno.

In the offchance it is, avoid doing flat bench press. Guys with gyno look better if they do incline bench press only.

Pic is blurry, hard to tell. From what I can see, it doesn't look like gyno at all, and if you don't feel any lumps then you most likely don't have gyno.

They just look like pecs to me? You're not super lean but I wouldn't say anything stands out as being "fat"

In order not to invent problems for yourself, the best thing for you is to consult a doctor. Answers to such questions should definitely not be found on the forum.

I don't think you're fat, but the best solution is to go to the doctor.

definitely don't see any gyno. you're not shredded but far from being "fat".
