Hey guys,
A couple of weeks ago I slipped in the bathroom due to wet floor and my right leg hit one of the corners, which fractured my feet towards the right side. Doctor advised me 6 weeks bed rest and plastered my leg. Im afraid thinking how long would it take for me to start squatting. Has anyone been through such injuries?

So I think I've had a slight leg adductor tear/rupture for almost a year now. Bending my knee and lifting it when my leg is sideways is extremely painful and I pretty much can't lift it. Sprinting is difficult and I can't really do much cardio. Was going to go to the doctor but then I had to get my appendix out and deal with that recovery. Scheduling an appointment soon, I'm guessing I'll probably need surgery.

Can’t squat. I feel my tfl everytime I try to air squat. Don’t know how to come back from it?

So much of these injuries I got in the past, and now I know that I didn't treat some of them right. Almost all of them. Lol. I'm fine now, but I got a hyper-extended foot injury last year from getting into a fight — and it never felt the same. Is this normal? Is there something I can do to make it feel normal again?

Thanks for useful piece of information

It is always best to consult a doctor but this thread provides a good deal of information on the traumatic and overuse injuries
