Lower Body Fat Percentage, Gain Muscle
Hi I'm 6'1 205 12 % bmi, I know how to workout had some abs a month ago but that was it, everything else was non really there. My question is how many calories should I eat to lower body fat while gaining muscle. I tried eating maintenance but blew up. Its strange because I cant pinch much fat but can still pinch it, even when I had abs I pinch about the same, but now my neck back and pects got alot bigger... how do I know this is fat or muscle? I want strength and speed. I don't care about looks. I've heard a bunch of stuff like to get abs you should eat more to build them. I need the record set straight.
