Flynn filing: DOJ response to Judge Sullivan's order that the they verify gov't exhibits in support of dismissal.
DOJ verifies the contents and ends with this:
"we trust and expect the District court to proceed with appropriate dispatch" and grant the motion to dismiss.

Gotta wonder why Trump didn't push harder on Biden's clear involvement with the Logan Act. There is so much corruption involved with the DNC it's almost hard to get it all in.

lol, they will drop the charges the minute Biden takes office, or the election is officially called.
Like this isn't dragging out for the sole purpose of damaging Trump...
-
The whole case is a travesty of justice.
It boils down to the fact that Flynn was set up and coerced into pleading guilty, all exculpatory evidence was withheld from him, the fbi had the call transcript at the time of the interview (Flynn knew that they did) so he knew there was nothing to hide and no reason to lie, evidence surfaced outlining how they set up Flynn, the doj moved to dismiss, the political hack judge refuses to sign off.
Flynn won an appeal forcing the judge to sign off, then a larger appeal body overturned it saying they needed to give the judge the chance to sign off and do the right thing... months later, the judge is still refusing to sign off and just kicking the can down the road.
Instead of the judge being mad at muellers team for lying to the courts about Brady material, the underlying reason for the interview, the fact that they made a side deal not to go after his son if he pleaded guilty, etc... the judge continues to try to bury an innocent man.

lmfao. Flynn didn't win chit. The corrupt AG, Trump lapdog Barr pulled the charges.
And when Flynn is pardoned this will make like the 5th time he's pled guilty.

Have you ever been railroaded? Accused of something you didn't do? Falsely accused by the highest law enforcement organization to ruin your life, your living and your family? Politics aside, you refuse to be objective. But, since he worked for Trump, like the dedicated liberal you are, you support cancelling the life of a person who spent his life fighting for your rights.

Nope. Don't do the crime and you don't have to worry about lying. You aren't at risk for being railroaded if your clean. The DOJ can't do chit with no evidence, look at how the Nunes memo, Horowitz, and Durham reports have all resulted in NADA. Because no wrong doing was committed.
Dang you cultist must think everyone is a crook and liar like your master.
SAD
He ADMITTED his guilt a million times. He'll do it again when he accepts the pardon.

So they investigated Flynn for months and found nothing. They then move to close the case, but before they can file the paperwork, they learned that Flynn spoke to the Russian ambassador. Coney and crew keep it open because they want to go after Flynn for a Logan act violation... which we all know is complete bull****. Nobody has ever been convicted of a Logan act violation. As we speak, Biden’s team is discussing policy with foreign countries, which they should be. That is their job.
The fbi had the entire call transcript, knew there was nothing nefarious, but wanted Flynn out so they interview him anyway. Flynn is honest the entire convo, the agents say as much, but they go after him on a lying charge. What was his alleged lie? He said he didn’t talk to the ambassador about sanctions, which he didn’t. He did field a question about Obama kicking Russians out of the US (not sanctions), and just told him if they need to respond, make it reciprocal and don’t escalate. They needed to work together to tackle isis in the Middle East.
Flynn told mccabe he knew they had the call transcript. Flynn has zero motivation to lie- he didn’t commit a crime and he knew they knew every word he said. Nonetheless, the fbi loses the original 302, makes up some charges, and kneecaps Flynn.
The fbi threatened his lawyers, who filled out his FARA forms, with charges if Flynn didn’t plead guilty.
The fbi threatened to go after Flynn’s son if he didn’t plead guilty.
They didn’t give him Brady material, as required by law. When his lawyers asked for the call transcript, they gave him nothing and told him to sign the plea or they’d go after his son.
Justice in the Obama admin.

Interestingly, that same “super corrupt doj and AG Barr” that moves to dismiss charges on flynn also declines to prosecute McCabe and comey, both of which lied under oath to the OIG. In the case of McCabe, it was 3 times and he also blamed others for his own actions, directly impeding an investigation.

The judge, who has no legal authority, refuses to sign off on the case.
When Biden takes over, the doj will once again be run by the very people that set up and framed Flynn, leading to his initial prosecution.
Hmm... I wonder why they would move to pardon an innocent man when the courts are failing him in favor of political activism.
If he didn't do nuffin then why pardon him?..
And I believe that if he accepts the pardon he's admitting his guilt.

Please provide evidence the Barr "totally fabricated the Mueller report." Surely you can point to how Barr impeded the investigation, specific wording that he changed within the report, etc?
Fact is, you can't, because it never happened.
Mueller knew on day 1 that there was no evidence of collusion. Every Obama IC member said so under oath. Their only source claiming a crime said all of the claims were bar talk, and most had already been disproven at that point.
Mueller's job was to overthrow Trump, and he failed. His next job was to find a way to carry on the plot to overthrow trump but creating chaos upon his exit and hoping the house (now controlled by dems, largely because of the Mueller investigation ongoing over midterms) could find a way to impeach him.
Once Mueller handed the report to Barr, it was Barr and DOJ lawyers that had to make the determination on obstruction. THis included the weasel Rosenstein, who oversaw the entire Mueller case. If Mueller thought he had a case, he would have brought it. He didn't even have justification for an interview, let alone a trial.
If the standard for not commiting obstruction is destroying subpoenaed emails in an ongoing investigation, then trump sending out mean tweets that called out Mueller's team is certainly not obstruction.
Liberal logic...
