I hit my summer goal of 185 lbs and under 12% bf. Im going to start bulking up in August. Whay kind of things do I need to be eating? I got the cutting diet down, I'm just not sure how to eat for a good clean bulk.

I feel like a broken record around here, but....
A lot of these things:
Chicken
Fish
Beans
nuts
eggs
vegetables
olive oil
yogurt(lower sugar kinds)
whole grains
oatmeal
Bulking Diet = Cutting foods + 500cals = Clean Bulking Diet = FTW.
