Read it this morning - some of the YT guys said what the next chapter is called, huge spoiler as to the direction the tournament takes. I was surprised.
fukking lost it at Vegeta and Goku with beards, and the universe anthem
I still have to watch today's episode but I'm so disappointed...
All the focus is on goku and vegeta, wish the would've made gohan stronger and trunks and goten too
Is this show worth watching?

I lol'd hard as well when Goku found out that guy's name meant nipples.
I'm pumped up for the next episode...finally we get to see some new fights/opponents, should be good!

AT was probably in tears that he couldn't make Saiyins look like deformed acid trip creatures without having zero appeal to the audience when the show started. Monaka looks like a fetus with tits. Outside of Cell, every drawing he does looks like it came from the mind of a schizophrenic. Even the Saiyin from the other universe looks lame as ****.
***Spoilers for todays episode***
Lol at these cuck boys on Youtube thinking that Goku would lose in a legit fashion to Frost. I was 100% sure that (when I read Goku lost the match per the next episode title) that it would involve him stepping down / losing to a bull **** technique somehow. Personally, I think Goku dropped his guard completely and let him win in order for Frost to get help from the fat God. The dudes on Youtube think it was a technique, and how it was drawn it seems that way, but they were hammering the "I need to win for the good of the universe" thing pretty hard. Anyone who could legitimately defeat Goku would obliterate everyone else on the team except maybe the tits guy, and there would be no show. And as there needs to be a legit Piccolo vs. Frost match, he needed to be weaker.
I like how Super is operating though, normally we would have had to sit through 7 episodes of Goku fighting Winnie The Pooh despite the fact that we knew he would kick his ass eventually. I've seen enough o Goku fighting throughout the years, so I'm glad we get to see some others. They have a good set up right now where Piccolo should be an equal match for Frost, so that will be cool. And if at least one of these guys can actually fight, Vegeta will get his moment. At this point, Goku revealed like 1/1000th of his true power (looked like regular SS was manhandling Frost), and they all seemed like they were in shock.
^^ yeah brah as soon as I started hearing all this crap about I need to win to stop war, children bla bla bla I thought oh no here we go....Goku is going to feel sorry for this guy and lose on purpose. However, been hearing some theories that he was poisoned with that flimsy punch Frost through...from the screenshots it does seem like something weird happened, I guess we'll find out soon.
I just want to see Vegeta rek some fools now tbh.
Goku's a dink, though. I couldn't imagine him losing the fight on purpose to save the children.
If Goku actually lost due to some retarded attack ill loose my chit
*SpoilerAlert
Discussion 1: If the show doesnt reach its goal. They will let the Z-Fighters win with the final showdown with Monaka and heat(Heat Loss). Heat will attempt to steal the DragonBalls but gets killed by Goku. In the last few episodes Monaka and goku will spar, They will be a few episodes about vegeta visiting Planet salad and more fillers.
Discussion 2:This is If the show does great. The Z-Fighters lost with Monaka losing to heat in the final showdown. Heat steals the super balls and Earth is still moved to U6. Kabe told the z-fighters that heat is the most ruthless and strongest villain he's ever met and doesnt want to fight him alone. Heat has a very strong empire with high power levels. His empire is made up of warriors from different universes. The Z-fighters team up with the saiyans and some universe 6 heroes to destroy heat. And that will start a new arc.
That ending lol, going to be awesome.
Pretty stupid episode. Piccolo's good enough to dodge almost all of Frost's attacks, block all his punches with one hand, and take a few hits without getting hurt. Why didn't he just have an actual fight instead?
This whole time I've just been waiting for Vegeta to get in the ring. Next episode is going to be good.
nice twist there with frost at the end. but srs vegeta should be able to one-shot that nukka

I'm hoping he embarasses him just like he did in that fight with Pui-Pui.
For the love of all that is holy, please please please let =Vegeta's fight have some decent animation!
I would love for him to take over as the main character for at least one arc.
The music they had going was great, I haven't been this excited for DBZ in awhile.
I didn't realize the show had last week off.
I was patiently waiting for episode 35 :/
Yeah saw the YT guys talking about it after it aired, not the week where we'd want a break.

That's the annoying thing. It's impossible to tell the levels of the characters now. How can Piccolo even be considered for the tournament if his power peaked at him barely being stronger than a super sayain? How can Goku and Vegeta lose if they have attained god-tier power, does this mean each of those fighters are god tier warriors? If so, how would piccolo or buu even be considered contenders lol.
I enjoy the show for what it is but power logic is way worse than before.
Just when you thought Gohan might make a come back....they destroyed our hopes straight away. A conference? Lol what a *******.
Yeah man I'm digging the interactions between Goku and Vegeta, they seem like really good friends now lulz. 3 years worth of training I wonder how strong they'll get...though I did find it odd Vegeta saying they are almost at the limit of their capabilities.
if you remember back to the beginning of the cell saga, right after vegeta gets his ass handed to him by the androids, he says " perhaps i am not who i think i am, yes..there are higher levels for me to achieve, i see it now and soon kakarot will bow before me once again! yes i must ASCEND!!!" and of course soon after this goku and gohan become ascended saiyans. vegeta has always been able to tell when there is more power ahead so i would assume he could tell if there is no more power.. just a thought
edit; also i have not bothered watching DBS, everything past DBZ seems lame to me. its always just a bunch of un organized remake type stuff...
Toriyama is off his rocker. Dragon Ball Super a digitally remastered incoherent mess of an anime. Of the 10 minutes I've watched across 34 episodes on YouTube, it's all just a playful expansion of power levels; no substance.
We're long pass the epic moments like Majin Vegeta vs SSJ2 Goku. The introduction of Pikon, and the obliteration of Cell.
I'll keep watching though ugh...fan for life.
I was hoping to see Goku go full God mode in episode 34.
We'll see if Vegeta does though.
I think he might hold back as well for now so his opponents can't put a finger on his power level, now that Frost's poison has been identified, he'll be a piss ant to Vegeta. I'm glad we get to see him fight though, I'll be legit pissed if he loses quickly. And IRATE if Gohan comes in or something.

Yeah with so many super beings the power scales have gotten fubar. But I think in the end, there will be 1 guy on the other team capable of matching them in power, and they will just slowly go SS1 > SS2 > God 1 > God 2 along the way to save energy / not show their hand. It's the only way of making it competitive in the fights at this point (outside of cheating).
And speaking of cheating, we have now seen Goku get almost killed by a laser beam, and KOed via poison WTF. I used to think that if someone shot a gun at Goku under any circumstances his skin would be like steel. Now I'm thinking if he was walking down the street, not paying attention, a sniper could put a round through his skull and kill him.

A lot of it is fan service at this point, I'm in the boat of where I will watch just because I want to see Goku/Vegeta regardless if there is better stuff out there to watch. I've been enjoying the tournament though, and the humor has been actually funny at times so they have that going for it too. Plot wise, yeah there doesn't seem to be a concise "goal" right now besides them training.
The animation is better in super but the characters look to "smoothed" over. its hard to describe, like there is less texture and detail. Remember how vegeta looked as ascended SSJ.
still waiting for a meaningful boss/fight. These fights are just children's fights so far. Goku vs Beerus in the show was better then the movie though
Vegeta vs Magetta was easily the best animated fight of the anime thus far. Vegeta vs Cabbe should be interesting next week. If Vegeta beats Cabbe, that means Hit is probably going to beat SSB Vegeta and SSB Goku.
Yeah it's still not perfect but getting a lot better - I think I read somewhere that AT really let them have it a few weeks back over how ****ty some of it looked. If it stays at this level consistently I won't complain.
I knew Vegeta didn't ring out when they sat there so long, I'm glad cause that would have been lame as ****, but I actually felt bad for Magetta when he was crying at the end LOL. Seems like Vegeta and Goku are already aware Hit is the main threat over there, and Vegeta tips his hand to the God form next episode.
