-still waiting on nephew to get back to me on mountain run

-now debating a tough muddier in march

Sad update of work being all consuming with a lot of people being sick, having to cover a lot of shifts and eating when and where I can.
Should be back to relatively normal now and back on the Keto train, might do a reintroduction period just to assure the progress
Weight only went up to 231 so not to much damage thankfully
