Well I remember the smaller "light-weight" women having 15-16" arms and the bigger women are 18" ish.
No idea on other stats. Chest is a bit hard to measure, just ask what size implant they got first!
Renee Toney claims 22.5" arms, although 18" seems more reasonable for her.
