Therapeutic exemption list for spirinolactone/aldactone

I am prepping for my first NPC bikini competition. 12 weeks out!

Regarding banned substances: I only take aminos as a supplement, therefore, I never looked at the banned substances list.

Yesterday, I decided to take a look at it and discovered that the only medication I take is banned! I have been on spirinolactone for the past couple of years for severe hormonal acne. My acne has cleared up wonderfully but now I’m afraid I won’t be able to compete. I reviewed the WADA and acne is not even listed as a medical reason for exemption.

I am prescribed 50mg twice a day.

Do you think I may be denied entry due to this?
