You can easily hit a solid 225lbs lean imho. Good supplementation and BCAAs (to prevent catabolism) will help you along the way
I'm pretty certain you're wrong about that.
But in several years it actually turns out you're not, then I'd be happy to admit you were right, because, you know, I'd be 225 lean natty @ 6 foot.
I know a few guys who are on low/no carbs and they're ripped. Like veins and everything
carbs spike insulin, which stores fat?
What's not to get
If you are in a deficit carbs and fats will not be stored as fat.

Idk what you mean? Fats are the same as fats in our body, so we get fat by taking them in?
Carbs cause insulin spike, insulin stores fat. I can show you studies on this if you want?
What's my limit op? Lol
You have good genetics bro. I'm gonna go with 195lbs lean (8-10%)

Seriously stop the trolling bro, its not even funny anymore.
Also we all know u are on the "stuff" hence why ur talking about natty limit.
Have fun with ur organs and ur body when u are 50, and still want to live a life after bodybuilding.
5'10. You can get a solid 200lbs @8-10%. Maybe more, depends which supplements/fish oil etc you are buying. Like pre-workouts and stuff.
Im around 203lbs 5'10" and 14% bf; training for 9 months now. Are you saying that my genetic potential is 200lbs @8-10%? Cuz I'm thinking I could prob make 215 at 10% after about 5-10years, depending on progress.

Hello, in for genetic potential.
-
-
Genetic potential in my honest opinion is difficult to calculate or predict....
Is there even a limit?
I've been training for over 12 years... I know friends in their late 40s who are still changing their bodies and have been training 20+ years...
Change in diet, training, sleep, supplementation can see your body changing all the time... Aaron Curtis said on Simply Shredded his body is changing continuously due to changing variables as above.....
I always see these threads where people are talking about natural limits and genetic limits.
They're much higher than you think.
I am currently a high BF 220 and recomping. I can easily put on a lot of muscle just by changing up my routine and diet. Then cutting out carbs and fats to shred up.
Post ITT and I'll tell you your genetic limit srs.
I hope my natural limit is 300lbs 5% bf.
What is your natural limit?
Limit? What limit?

Please get to a real 8% dry then check your weight...
and what I said was entirely true. I'm neither using PEDs nor do I have any plans for use...

Easy 255 @5% 250 if you get really dry
Hello, in for genetic potential.
6'2 easy 290 @8% maybe more depending on dedication
Tell me pls
6'3. I can easily see you hitting 310 @single digits. Powerlifting builds strong dense muscle that weighs more than bodybuilding muscle so you should be fine with that target.

You're right man, keep switching it up to keep the muscles guessing. Drop sets, supersets...those muscles won't know what hit them

I think you can easily get another 50lbs lean muscle on your frame. So 200 @10%
I hope my natural limit is 300lbs 5% bf.
Only if you're dedicated bro. mariusz pudzianowski is natural and 300lbs+. Just goes to show how much muscle those big compound movements build.

Is this real life? FATS ARE NOT STORED AS FAT. ffs. Insulin is also an important hormone. It's one of the most anabolic hormones out there.

5'9'', 170 lbs, small frame. Been training for nearly 2 years, whats my limit?
