(c) Newb is then on a 100 post 'probation period'. To ensure people are not trying to rep trade, the probationary period may be extended at the discretion of the Shack Board.
(d) Upon completion of (a)-(c) the Shack Applicant shall be admitted as a Junior Shaggot.[/color]

Saturday I went to the Original Pancake House for breakfast and then to the mall, where I spent more than I should :p Went to a picnic, then took the train home. I didn't spend full days there so I suppose I couldn't do everything possible there.

Sounds like fun. All that talk about frozen custard and the giant burger made my mouth water. Did you buy anything interesting from the mall? When I'd go to the mall, I'd end up buying lots of jeans and tshirts.

Did you see that kid who did 385x1? He's aiming for a 405 lb OHS. It was posted somewhere in the PL forum. He didn't use a snatch grip, rather he went narrower than that. I find it very difficult to perform the movement with a narrow grip.

How much time does it take you to recover from pressing? Today's benching and overhead pressing seemed too hard. I last benched on the 1st of this month.
