Biceps look good, shoulders are solid... Then there's the traps... Measly reps for the biceps on your neck

last year 4 months from 120 lbs-148 ish then stopped did grappling and boxing for a while stayed about 148-150 then from 150 at the beginning of february to 163 as of last monday

You look really good bro!! This is not easy for us as Ectomorphs to gain muscle weight. We are really thin from nature. Nice progress, I don't know how much have you been lifting but I have been lifting for 3 years and 3 months. But I learned the hard way, doing everything wrong for more than 2 years but I'm on track right now thanks God. Great progress since you were 120 lbs. I started out at 120 too. I'm not that happy with my gains but I won't leave this world, not until I get 20+ inch arms, and after that I'll keep living for more than a thousand years showing up those guns lol.

yea it happens you gotta learn before you actually start gaining ..all together ive been lifting for 7 months 4 months last year like in the beginning of last year and 3 months this year

chest lags hard i know i am trying to hit it hard but its not responding to me! ha almost at 90 lb dumbbells on bench press and still doesnt look too good
