meh - i'm all about getting to cleaner better energy sources (why not look at nuclear).... we have to get there though... wonder how we manufacture all those solar panels, wind farms, etc... the tax credits for going green are being used as currency to allow things like the dodge demon/hellcat, etc. not sure why they are so focused on blaming our cars when airplanes, ship freighters, semi's, tractors and construction equipment burn much more than our cars.
Human made climate change isn’t real
I despise Joe Biden. I'm sure he wouldn't hold China accountable.
Edit - ^Wizard.
The real question is when are the lockdowns coming?
Excellent.
Next step - undoing all the bullsh*t executive orders. As much as I think Biden is stale, I'm honestly really excited.
So what exactly does the accord accomplish?
So what exactly does the accord accomplish?
Spending (wasting) a bunch of money.
Lol
Gonna kill his own so called home state of PA.
Absolutely retarded.
You get what you get fuk you PA.
So what exactly does the accord accomplish?
Nothing, just lets countries like China maintain an advantage over the rest of the world.
I believe in climate change and investing in renewables, but that accord was chit.

great things................for China.
So what exactly does the accord accomplish?
Giving China a huge advantage.
This will go along way to help lower income workers, and minorities prosper...
Always good at handling hidden, and embedded, taxes to the working class.
Lets spend Eleventy Trillion dollars to lower temps by 1 degree 100 years from now!!
Elites getting ungodly wealthy off of galactically ignorant peoples feelings.
3 questions:
1) two parter: who the fuk is OP? And are we now going to have to deal with a bunch of bitches coming out of the woodwork now that their guy might win?
2) what good comes out of rejoining the accord?
3) why can't we just practice cleaner and more efficient behaviors without spending what I imagine will be a disproportionate amount of money compared to other countries? See our UN and WHO contributions for examples of these sorts of payments.
I don't expect OP to respond so maybe another resident shill can fill me in?
Spending (wasting) a bunch of money.
Yes, obviously green energy is nowhere close to being able to sustain global populations, and all of it is predicated on fossil fuels for its function anyways.
I mean, the Obama bailouts wasted a mass amount of tax payer dollars on green projects that flopped in the private and public sector.
It's pretty much saying, "Hey developing nations of the world, we are going to hand over all of our economic opportunities to you, since you're really not obligated to follow any rules within this treaty."
Do you really think China is going to handover world hegemony in the name of climate change?
This is a huge opportunity for Wall Street and global investors to make a killing though.

Yup, eroding the middle/mostly white working class of America, one step at a time. Americans did this to themselves.
So what exactly does the accord accomplish?
we give China and India $ for goals they don’t hit
Manmade climate change is real. Earth is not flat.
PA should figure out how to shift its industry to clean energy. You guys would have defended hatters right to use mercury a century ago.
nobody is more pathetic than climatecels
Analogy for environmentalism in America:
Students in class represent countries. Test is given. U.S. student gets a 94%. Average for the rest of the students = 38% with China getting a 3%
Teacher to U.S. student - "WHY CAN'T YOU DO BETTER?!?!" Teacher to rest of students - "Everybody steal U.S. students lunch money"
Figured as much. This seems about a useful as non binding council/house resolutions condemning whatever the outrage of the day is.

Biden isn't banning fracking so that doesn't make sense. Also PA isn't all fracking workers lol.

China emits way lower than US per capita.

What are those percentages based on exactly?
Paris Accords would be a perfect first step for him. It was an extremely stupid agreement that morons thought was a good idea because it had a shiny bow on the outside of it. Very fitting for Biden and those who voted for him.

Have you actually read any of the data within the accord? The actual "change" proposed is negligible, at best.
It is generally a good agreement. It can be improved of course but it is what we have at this point. Of course all the damage Trump did to the EPA rules should be reversed as well.
Have you actually read any of the data within the accord? The actual "change" proposed is negligible, at best.
Which data specifically? And you need to quantify "negligible".
The real question is when are the lockdowns coming?
My home country just went full lockdown until the 30th. You can only leave for groceries basically and when you do, you have to text the government to let them know.

Been hoping for this: $10 per gallon gas, jobs fleeing back to Mexico and China, country being bled white for treaties like this one. Any country that votes for outright criminals like Biden, and all those evil Democrats in Congress deserves to be destroyed.
One trouble though:

lol “of course” man made climate change is real, & the solution is to always open your checkbook. Funny how all these retards have to throw in “flat earth” as if that is some sort of justification for showing their ignorance. No one cares what you think about the earth lol.
By misc..We are near lowest amounts of co2 in atmosphere in millions of years. More co2 means more food for plants means less deserts means more life on earth. Co2 and temperature have no correlation, you can look it up yourself. I'm not saying pollution is good but the fear tactics are brainwashing by the elite to keep people in fear.
