I've only used the blueberry flavor so far. It's pretty interesting. It's more of a tart blueberry than a sweet blueberry and it has pasty pieces which I like.

It's weird. I've only had injuries in my left shoulder (all of them minor). I do know that my internal rotation's better on my left side and my external rotation's better on the right. I'm not sure if that imbalance is from my injuries or if imbalances caused the injuries. Damn chicken and egg.
My chiropractor will be working on this with me. First my back, then my hips, now my shoulders. I have all kinds of stuff going on it seems.
