Cause the fat doesnt seem to be coming off and i know for a dam fact i got to be burning 2400+ working physically and training .I usually chit one time a week on Saturdays . this happens to me as well. After being in a deficit for a longer period, no matter how much fiber or water you take it - you wont poop as well as before. Try doing 2-3cups proats and see what happens

i do half a cup of proats in the morning everyday. At 180ish grams of carbs i dont have much room to just eat oatmeal all day . i eat around 6-8 cups of broccoli a day, i need my volumous carbs

Uhh not physical labor. I just walk a lot. I worked unloading trucks overnight last fall/winter. Got up to 4-5k cals a day.
I have more muscle mass and a better ratio (lower bf) than I have had in past. I'm slowly upping and hoping to have a new maint level around 2.9-3k and slow bulk on 3.1-3.2k

stop using the revolving door. If you binged just deal with it. Or do exactly what you did and stop complaining. If you try to make up for the calorie surplus by killing yourself with cardio or eating poverty cals your just going to rinse repeat very soon.

I'm reversing. Finished cut this year (my Avi) at 200.0 lb. been upping cals 100 a week. At 2400 cals a day this week - weigh about 198 right now.
And yea I cut for 4 months and lost 32lb

I've always written/typed $10. dunno why
