Sorry guys, I've not been pulling my weight. A combination of not being in gym while looking after my wife (after gallbladder removed) and also being sick myself, I'm not fully better yet.
I have been in gym 3 times but done nothing more than (barbell strict OHP in kg) 20*5, 30*4, 40*3, 50*2, 60*1, on 3 occasions, just so arms are at least moving a bit so that's total 3,300lbs in all this time
Planning to return gently to get back into it from Monday all being well??? Planning to run Jim Wendler's "Building the Monolith" although basing it on a *very* low % training max to give me a recovery. This program has a lot of pressing, so hopefully in time I'll contribute some regular numbers here

You'll get back to it all soon enough, man. Good luck with all.
Went to start "BtM" but I'm in no way ready to for any real workouts, still not feeling great so just doing light/easy workout although as a mini version of what I should have been doing for BtM, I suppose it's an extra week 0 on the schedule before week 1?
**I can't believe how quiet the gym was today!**

Felt really good for whatever reason last night. Previous PR was 160, so I went for 170 and it was easy.
Rested, added 10 lbs, and again it went up nice and smoothly. Added 5 more pounds for a bodyweight PR. Almost didn't get this one.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to jademonkey again.
Someone rep him for me please

Thanks man! Last year press has been lagging compared with bench, so super happy to see that giving shoulders equal attention to chest & all that 10x10 crap is paying off. Plus getting a 25 pound PR on anything feels good!

Edit: looked like hitting target by end of year was going to be so easy, but with gyms closing etc I'm no longer sure what the odds of making up all the pounds is going to be
Edit2: Just seen news UK... Gyms must close, government directive. Going to be hard to hit the targets :(
I work.out at home exclusively so my numbers will keep coming in - who else is in the same situation?
Just remembered I'm pressing 2x per week now and I forgot to add in my lighter sets from last week:
11 x 37.5kg (AMRAP)
10 x 37.5kg (AMRAP)
787.5kg (1736lb)
1736 + 818,514 = 820,250
I feel like most of my pressing is going to happen by handstand pushups and elevated feet pike push ups. Is there any good way to count these?
I did 4 sets of 5 handstand push ups and 2 sets of 10 elevated feet pike push ups.
I also did get a few presses in with my wife's power blocks:
+ 2880 = 823,130
