Well I am currently 332 , tomorrow I will emphasize more on bettering my calories and macros. I found motivation on YouTube. Good night folks

Hi ananda, oh just some bodybuilding.com vids about nutrition, today didn’t go as planned cuz I went on a trip with my mom and niece so I just ate whatever. I dunno my voices like to ruin my motivation but things are good still as I am 331 pounds
Hi everyone, thought I’d try updating the journal for positive results. I’m slowly transitioning to eatin healthy. My illness kicks my motivation down but I plan to persevere. I will exercise tomorrow one way or another. Either a little bit of weights and cardio. I dread logging food cuz I try the perfectionist route and give up when things don’t go smoothly. Hope y’all r doing good.

Well how are you? I’m doing good I haven’t been tracking or exercising, but I’m around 332. Tomorrow I get money so I’ll go shopping for food. And tomorrow I’ll try my best to pick up these weights. TTYL y’all
hi pplz, not much to report. im hovering above 330. having a huge meal at night is stopping my weightloss is why i rarely update. i dont count calories during the day, say i didnt eat enough throughout the day and have a huge meal that ruins the weightloss. and i think i have ibs now.. it suxxxx. i dont feel unhappy tho, sobriety intact. thats pretty much all that matters to me anymore these days. but i wont give up on weightloss. tomorrow will count calories and maybe macros. wish me luck. i need it.

HIHI! I weighed in at 327.6 this morning. Eating garbage is such a part of my day I dont know if it'll end. I might be getting a new job soon. I really want to eat healthy but i'm lazy as hell. cya folks later :>
Hiii today was pretty cool, I woke up around 10am and stayed up without getting tired. I m especially proud of myself for going 30 minutes on the exercise bike. To eat,some shepherds pie, a kitkat bar, and sausages and Mac and cheese. Tomorrow I’m confident I can count calories at least. Soon macros. Nite!
Hi, woke up to 328.0 pounds. Hovering, thankfully not gaining. Sometimes I wonder if it’s worth trying to lose weight, my voices control me. I’m so defeated with little motivation, I might just try to keep my blood sugar low. I’ll see y’all tomorrow.

I was 327.6 this morning, I ate a chocolate bar, taco salad, some chips and dip, and some Mac and cheese. My goal for the rest of the day is to not eat after 10pm. I also rode the exercise bike for 10 minutes. Good night
Hi, I had digestive issues for a bit there which forces me to eat better, so I’m going to follow paleo and I weighed 329.8 this morning. And when I took my sugar it was 10. I gave up Diet Pepsi and I drink only water. I ate 2 slices of pizza this morning which signifies my end of eating junk food. After that I ate fruit and vegetables all day with eggs at the end of the day. I’m glad to report better digestion. I exercised for 10 minutes on the bike. Good night ppl!
Hello, today I was 328, which was probably water. Stayed paleo today as well. Sugar was 10 this morning and 12 this evening. Might limit the fruit soon. No exercise cuz I was too lazy. Anywho good night!

Hi! was eating around what i thought was 2500 calories these past two days. and yay im down to 324! i feel very overwhelmed lately by a bunch of stuff. illness, stomach issues, work possibility. but things i hope gets better as i continue to lose weight. I hope everyone reading has a good day :)

Hi, well today I ate around 2500 calories, I can’t even remember what I weighed this morning. 327 I think. But I had corn flakes with milk and a banana. Two slices of toast with butter. 6 mozza sticks and a taco salad. For supper I had mushroom soup and crackers. For a snack some potato chips and dip. I felt I was doing good until the chips. No exercise cuz I took my blood sugar and it was 13. So I said eff it. Tomorrow is Easter Sunday so there’ll be a big dinner lol. Hopefully I’ll be in a deficit anyway. Good night
