Back indeed. Gonna be lurking more. Not posting as regular, but definitely around . Saw your log's been stagnant since the 13th. You good?
I've spent a lot of time in New York over the last year and I have to say I've totally adjusted my eating habits.
Usually I'm a poptarts, Five Guys, frozen pizza guy, but I've made a change to a very veggie-heavy diet. More fresh meat, less Costco trashbags full of frozen animal parts.
Also- I'm off cigarettes for good. Freakin' amazing how bad they can make you feel.
Did heavy, heavy back today. BB rows, weighted pullups, cable rows, and yes....BICEP CURLS . Also did some ab work. No strength loss yet, but cals at 2800 right now, so it's only a matter of time.
..also, for those of you who are curious, I have a pesonal blog at mtmaloney.wordpress.com
Most of it is my talking about my jewelry business, but since it occupies almost all of my free time, I thought I'd post it.
Congrats on quitting smoking. Will have to check out the blog
Great job on gettin off the smokes.

I'd always intended to quit, I just didn't really see it as necessary. Did it cold turkey and there's no real cravings. In fact, I'll still have a cigar or two every month. It's amazing how much better I feel.
Salmon and zucchini on the menu tonight.
Back heavy day was epic. Clocked 335 on the bent over rows again with no lower back pain. Also introduced my new workout partner to some of my boxing drills. He almost puked.
I've been eating a ton of fish. COD, to be exact.

Roasted with garlic, lemon, salt and pepper. Sprouts tossed in yellow curry.
Gotta admit, I feel a hell of a lot better on this diet.
Also finished up a new ring tonight whilst eating my fish. Heavy chest day tomorrow. 350 bench x 2 on the menu.

I've just got this cutting thing down to a science now. My squat, row, and bench are all exactly where I want them> injury free too. Also boxing like a monster with a heavyweight. yes, he kicks my ass every session....
