Can anyone confirm if big institutions actually bought a large amount of CCIV stock? That Alex Cutler guy said 52 large institutions are in CCIV, but I want to hear from someone more reputable
I've seen screenshots from WeBull's volume flow showing some massive buys but as far I can find only a couple institutions have filed their buys, one just over 100K units and one like 12K.
I mean I don't think its unreasonable to even see it holding around 17-18 again.
Yeah really depends on how long they drag this out for, likely will see some FOMO Friday and next Monday again if nothing is announced tomorrow or Thursday.

My biggest bull case at this point is that this is now 3 times that either Churchill or the Saudis have had a chance to say its not happening and each time we've been met with essentially a "no comment".
If Klein fails on this merger I think he's fukt for quite a while after both MPLN and Skills Skillsoft mergers sucked ass.

Is CCIV gonna fuk around and finish green?
I'm down too man. Pretty bad day, I don't know what happened to me but I did retarded chit like trying to make $ off GME and PLTR, also got fuked over on BFT/AACQ/FTOC/CRHC all dipping, and then AMD earnings cost me bigtime. Down $3.5k or so.
errr I rebought at 24.40...
BFT and IPOE are long holds for me I think they will both be $25 eventually, cant win everyday. I am at 170k was 112k on Jan 1st as high as 199k yesterday(even more pre market). Need to think like I am still up 58k this month which is insane

Meh. Fund was created a month ago with $87MM AUM. I'd trust Heaney with my money with SPACs over them lol. Given that, good find I didn't know there was a SPAC ETF.

CCIV dropping to 20.. Time to pick more up?
-
Didn’t want to mess with the meme stocks today so just rebought my CCIV shares at around $20. Still waiting for my broker to upgrade my account for the call spread smh
Anyone see what happened to GHIV after ticker change (UWMC)? LMAO. Cannot be real tea, it's currently $10.15..

Trading threads gone downhill with these memestocks running wild, this thread seems like a bomb shelter in comparision.
If payoneer rumor is true FTOC will fly but the rumor states a valuation of >2.5b (guessing closer to 3b) which seems a little low for a spac with as much cash in trust as FTOC, so idk if id go in too hard on it.
If CCIV dips hard again tmrw then i will be going balls deep all in on friday (if GME and these meme's don't break the market too much beforehand).

eyes on the prize boys. I'm 100% Lucid goes SPAC. No one gonna wanna go direct now with current market conditions. However I think a lot of tutes took the leap of faith and bought in so IMO Lucid might only jump into 30-35 range potentially. Not sure if it will have the retard strength to push 50+ anymore.

It would depend on the terms Saudi gives for the factory they put together over there. If the conditions are favorable AF it might be possible yet. It is kinda interesting because the government themselves own 60% of the company so you'd think they'd roll out the red carpet in terms of government benefits/tax breaks/incentives for a company the government mostly owns to build a factory to pay good wages. I have a working hypothesis about how that would work out in terms of how much of a % the PIF would sell as part of the deal and how much of that money turns around and gets put into incentives to build the factory. I won't dive too deep, but needless to say I think tomorrow is gonna be the big accumulation day. I really want to see at least close to $20.00, but I'll probably throw in a few 100 share bid at $18.56 or so to try and catch some poor fool getting stopped out. I'll obviously watch level 2 tomorrow and kinda see where the big gap is.

need you and heaney in the investing thread. think we're getting a lot of the WSB's rejects. Thread isn't the same as it once was, regardless i appreciate you guys and this thread.
Rob, i almost closed out my sell leg of the vertical call spread on CCIV today, what price would you be looking at to sell? i know that's a loaded question, but it was around $21 and i didn't see it going much lower, but didn't sell just because i liked the comfort of that hedge
tempted to get some options software, my boss has vector vest and can plug in anything and itll come up with a graph and show max loss and max profit super clean...I know this is a naive question, but im new to these types of spreads (iron condors, regular calls, puts, even butterflies i can understand), but what's our best case scenario with this vertical call spread? (price wise)

Holy fuk I hate this site. I typed out a whole nice response to that and an admittedly large bit about TGA being a great buy and it all got fuk'd.
^option calculator is indeed your friend. I'd be cautious getting rid of the sell leg though because it protects you from sideways trading.

What's going on with CCIV?
I had to sell half of my position to get into those meme stocks yesterday. Feel bad cause I was committed to it but the gains from yesterday was just too surreal to pass

SPACs as a sector got crushed today which was odd. I can't put my finger on what exactly triggers SPAC selloffs, but it happens. It'll bounce once the announcement is made.

we got any new spacs to play? with the market potentially looking uncertain im all about getting in on spacs as close to nav as possible. Rob, Heaney, Harry, what ya got? in crhc, avan, BFT ( unrelated question, why the recent sell off?), CCIV, and i think thats it
