Holy crap! Intense leg session followed by HIIT! Beastly! O, and in regards to video games, FF7 = best game ever, hands down. I have beaten most of it except like the final major level, but my memory card crashed and I had to restart. However, I have yet to get very far.

Sorry and apolagies for the lack of updates guys.. Ive been VERY VERY sick since Thursday night. It peaked Friday where I could barely get outta bed because my body felt like it was crumbling inside. Getting up and moving were difficult.. Chest was congested and breathing was hard. Slowly recovering though and I still managed to get in my two workouts along with two cardio sessions before their deadlines.
Ain't 100% yet but it's March baby. April 11th is show time..this is money month.
Wasnt gonna go too hard yesterday for back so Ive used the last 2 days as a deload process of some sort..

it's honestly changed time to time. ive always squatted more narrow than a PL'ing stance thus why I have the outer quad sweep, but i went wider when I was moreso into PL'ing. It's kind of hybrid-ish currently. I'll low bar it yet squat shoulder-width. Depends how Im feeling lol

things are running smoother now and Id say im almost back at 90% ish lol. Hit legs last night but took it as a deload sorta process. Only went up to 355 for 2 or 3 reps but with minimal fat on my ass it felt heavier LOL.

starting to incorporate more WHOLE food into the diet as opposed to normal. as in, im eating 93/7 ground beef for the first time in awhile. noticed its helped with satiety and leaning out versus my usual whey meals haha. ive also been eating lettuce with vinegar/pepper after each meal..very satisfying somehow LOL

Trained lower back by itself Saturday night and followed up with back Sunday night. Split it into Power/Hypertrophy so-to-say with cardio following each workout.
Saturday I did summin' like..

365x1, 385x1, 385x1, 385x1, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, ALL 315 sets were supersetted with Face pulls. All were purdy damn smooth n' easy, far from 90% ... 385s couldve been repped.... 315s couldve been repped 12+
Last night I did chin ups for the first time eve.r. really focusing on a stretch and got 4x8 with my BW LOL. After that I just did 3 sets of sexy BB rows with 225 for 5 reps a piece.

Quick Q on your guys behalf.. what gets you vascular without any unwanted bloating/water retention before pics? I noticed that Apples n cinnamon Oatmeal bloated the F outta me before taking these pics. I had only gone with a scoop of whey/tbsp naturally more PB but I didnt think thatd suffice. Im thinking Sweet potato and a tiny fat source..
Also.. Zak tihnks the lighting smooths the glutes out.. anyone agree?

Foods with softer fiber work. Thing about oats is that the insoluble fiber can cause a little bloat because when they pass through the intestine they are pretty much untouched so you will develop a little gas. Overtime you can even develop an allergy to them.
White potato or sweet potato, as do cereals like cheerios that are higher in soluble fiber work well. As far as body fat...You are that at that I don't even need a freaking number to justify that I am lean body fat. LOL Leave that for the guys that are coming in soft. ;)

man, i'm glad you're not gunna be at the shows im gunna be at. you've got the detail and seperation of a much, much older bodybuilder than you are.
as far as bodyfat goes, when you're that seperated, i wouldnt even worry about it man. you could throw on some tanner and step on stage tonight and tear it up.
