Watched your video, brother. I was just too lazy to increase the brightness/contrast. :p
Nice deads. The pendlay rows looked good too. Not too sloppy, considering you pulled your body weight for reps. GJDM.
I lol'd at you flexing your calves. Trying to get more admirers?

WOw, nice DB rows going for 190! That would have been a bit heavy.
Deadlifts looked nice and controlled. I almost saw your face bro!!

Welp, I did the 445 x 2 again b/c my grip got too wet and I didn't want you guys to think I had a poor grip :p. Um the 300 pendaly rows were pretty ugly, but they were ok I guess. I uploaded a video of the 2 445s and 300 row. After teh rows I had no more grip and back was hit pretty hard. Next week everything goes up 10lbs!

(2) ZERCHER SQUATS - PINS AT KNEES
315 X 2
365 X 2
405 X 2
455 X 1
LET ME EXPLAIN: Workout was less than 30 mins, I wasn't even gonna workout but I felt like I had to. The zercher squats basically were my leg and back workout at one time, at the knees meant I had to get real low since my elbow is higher up than my knee/hip. The Incline was my delts/tris/chest in one...let me know what ya'll think :0P
-
What I think? FFFFUUUUU!!!!! You are a strong dude good work. I have never tried zercher squats but that looks like a heavy ass weight to hold up with your elbows
-
Holy sh!t you had 455 in the crooks of your elbows? I'm gonna have to try those with a much lighter weight of course...
-
partials > zerchers. thats right, i said it.

Lol the reason I ask is I haven't tried Zerchers but they look akin to front squats except for the fact that all the weight is sitting on your elbows instead of resting on the delts. Didn't know if they felt any different than fronts as far as legs were concerned.
-
Hombre! Strong incline bench.

this is how I did them It really worked the PC really well. Since the Pins were set at my knee that meant I had to squat well below parallel (i.e, way lower than this guy) to get underneath the bar. And then drive with my hip. Piece of advice if you try these...these are like rack pulls and squats in one, I suggest you put something in your elbow area that takes some of the pain away since you can really lift a lot of weight this way (i'd have done more but my bare elbow area was taking a beating)...I mean I didn't but that's because I am too manly.

Not sure how good the product is, but i know the ingredients are all natural and are meant to target your thyroid primarily. Its a stimulant free weight loss supplement.
http://www.cellucor.com/wl-system/t7-extreme/
If anything check out the ingredients and search some more. I sold a lot of these at GNC last year though.

Thanks man! at this point though I am more concerned about the appetite suppressant part than the fat burner part, b/c when I come home real late at night it's the hunger that gets the best of me.

Ya thats not a fat burner. Wish i still new more about it, i had brushed up on all the cellucor products when i was trying to sell them.

Very strong inclines brother manly. I would imagine that zerchers are quite sore on the arms.
