It's in Auburn, CA. It's the North Fork of the American River.
No, definitely not 100%, but feeling great. The hike was only 4 miles.
I think Alan Aragon is Filipino. My people.
No, I didn't pass out, but I felt dizzy. The downward poses made me woozy and gave me a headache.

Thanks! I'm trying. Just need to be careful I don't push too much too soon.
@desslok, I wish I was in Austria, but no, only Northern Cali. With all the rain though, some parts look like Teletubbie Land.
you can tell it's Alan by the facial hair; i can't grow facial hair

Also, Alan makes gains.
Happy birthday Monkay!
@barb

@dom
I think Alan Aragon is Filipino. My people.
You may think he's Filipino, but he's actually white. Everyone from SoCal is white.
I have a pie chart that proves it.
Also, Alan makes gains.
Dinner just got spit back out on the plate.
I can still eat it, right?
I wonder if they named that stupid little game AA (spinning circle and u try to fit the dots in between) after Alan .
Lol
Also, Alan makes gains.
people think this might be a joke, but it's really true

i sound white, does that count?
Dinner just got spit back out on the plate.

yes, but you shouldn't be using your cell phone at the dinner table young man.
Hot yoga is ****ing bull****. :(
Hot yoga is like crossfit of the yoga world. I bet somebody took yoga somewhere in India that didn't have A/C. Probably thought "boy this sucks! So hot in here. Bet I could charge people a bundle if I came up with some catchy name for it!"
i sound white, does that count
Everyone is Kansas is white, I used to live there.
Nothin 2 do
I was going to deny you the right for white, but then I realized you lived in Kansas.
yes, but you shouldn't be using your cell phone at the dinner table young man.
I wasn't using my phone, until this...

what part of kansas? KC has been growing lately, there's a lot more to do than there used to.
that is to say there's some stuff to do here now
I was going to deny you the right for white, but then I realized you lived in Kansas.
there's a decent sized asian community here, but really we're all white.
Shut up, you're not my real Dad!
maybe not but i am ****ing your mother
EDIT: btw i think being able to eat at your own dinner table without wearing a shirt is the single greatest part about being a homeowner. not that you can't do it in rental, but it just doesn't feel quite as majestic
maybe not but i am ****ing your mother
Well, that's unfortunate.

I'm going shirtless because it's almost 80 degrees out - and also because I just deadlifted 385 lbs with a torn ACL, which makes me feel good.
And also because f*ck you.
Looks like photo bucket doesn't like my image for the middle finger. I'll have to remove it.
If I ever met Dom, I would give him a list of Clint Eastwood and John Wayne quotes.
Then sit back with a bowl of egg rolls and enjoy the show.
Well, that's unfortunate.
once in scouts the adults came by to wake us in the morning and one of the kids thought he'd be clever and use the "real dad" line, to which the dad in question replied with the above retort. the kid shut up and got dressed for breakfast lol

that doesn't seem like the smartest thing to do, but i admire your stubborn dedication.
EDIT: btw were you deadlifting from home? lifting in your skivvies is by far the awesomest part of lifting at home
Christ almighty.

Cold as ice.
i mean, it's the standard reply; what am i supposed to do, not respond?

While I understand why you would say that, I recently learned that the ACL is not required for deadlifting unless your legs are externally rotated out - like in sumo deadlifts. It's only activated when slowly lowering the weight while it's above knee height.
Not an ounce of pain. :D
So there is that.

And yes, I was at home. I can get a solid pull day in - even without the rack. Still have to assemble the treadmill and get the mirrors and rack on the wall. Other than that, not a whole lot left to do.
It was safe to say it was a nice day out today.. ;)
First time riding with anyone else really, I'm a 100% solo rider. But I decided to step outside my shell and ride with my coworkers this morning, and make it a recovery ride!
