Another great arms workout today. Its either the APE or the fact im lifting in front of people at a campus gym :D but been getting a sick pump and hitting some solid numbers. Havent done some of these exercises in awhile and it feels good to go in and rep previous maxes.

Cruising through this. Diet is money, IF is amazing once you get on point. Workouts are solid. Squats could be heavier but Im not gonna complain about a PR. Looking leaner by the day and after taking measurements today and comparing to previous ones, im adding size in the right areas and dropping inches in the problem areas, great success :cool:

Maybe its the new gym or the APE ;) either way i havent touched 100's in years since i was about 190 and today repped them easy on the last set. Confidence is very high right now, really good mood lately
