followed by low intensity steady state walk at 3.0 mph... for 15 mins on treadmill...
Xtend (1.5 servings = 3 scoops) + Endurolytes (2 servings) was consumed during the workout....
Duration of workout: 1hour 20mins

Yeah, I checked most of them in this area... they all have trans fats... unfortunately...
however, when to the meat market today, and I got some rib-eyes, and sirloins... but no ground beef... (trying to limit my intake of ground meats)

-will not exercise/lift/cardio during this time.. (if I do it will be low intensity)
-drink water, coffee, tea will be ok
-at least 24 hours with an attempt for 72 hours...
IMO, I think its a good thing... I might be in a stall, so when I come back from the other side of this fasting, hopefully, will be breaking through....

feel very well rested, well nourished.. (especially after that meal.. :) )

Green Curry with Beef for the main course
(thought green curry was a good choice because of its contents: green beans, zuchinni, meat plus "curry base" (which I was under the impression was coconut milk))
Well, I think I goofed when I said "make it mild"
because...
it was still spicy, but was sweet... (I think they added sugar to it :mad: to "lessen the spice" :mad: )
on top of that got to go to an Indian restaurant tonight...
so, Im sure I gain some water weight... :(
well I hope the rest of weekend to get back in ketosis...
