4 plates is not the record. I am deadly serious, when I was 145lbs I was pulling 352lbs, 1rm, it's much higher now I guess but I haven't tested it recently.
I am a long long way from pulling the same as people who compete.
The gbpf record for the 66kg weightclass is 205kg unequipped.
Bench 175X5
Squat 250X5
Dead lift 275X5

some people are obviously talking massive **** in their stats, but others aren't, you just have to make your own judgement on it really. they're only cheating themselves .
personally though at 150lbs im currently lifting, dont do 1RM's. lifting over 2 years, squats/DLs only about 4 months.
= DL 290 X 5
= SQUAT 230 X 8
= BENCH 190 X 5
Not a teen anymore, but for the lulz, I'll pretend I'm 15 or so and new to lifting again. These were my stats 6 months in.

Bicep curl 40x5
1RM:
Bench: 295
Squat: 315
Deadlift: 320
As of now.
BW: 78-80kg
OHP:5x60kg
Bench: 5x90kg
Squat: 5x120kg
Deadlift: 5x150kg
Bench : 255
Squat (form over weight ) 320
Deadlift: 380
Bench - 275 x 5
Squat - 295 x 5
DL - 405 x 3
Squat has always been weaker compared to my other lifts.
Bench : 255 x 6
Squat (form over weight ) 320 x 8
Deadlift: 380 x 4

Get a paper and a pen, write your back stats and stats of your normal rep weights + maxes for 1 week
then do the same with deadlifts, I will promise you 100% that some of your lifts will go up. I went from maxing my squats at 132lbs to 300lbs (1rm) by 6 months (seriously) and deadlifts about the same. also rows went up aswell as close grip pulldowns and shruggs.
Hamstring curl 225 - 6
