Omg, how have I not seen that Sadik posts on here?? :o
What kind of split worked best for you in terms of muscle gains?
What the lowest youve dropped your calories on a cut?
For muscle mass I have great success with this split
Sun: back and chest
Mon:arms and delts
Tues: legs
Wens: rest
Thur: back and chest
Fri: arms and delts
Sat: legs
That's how I out on all my mass (hard gainer)

Thanks for being here answering people questiona, its really nice of you. Just one thing. Do you train your abs? Os its just your diet?
Hey Sadik, do you use a squeem, and do you know anyone else who uses them? What's your opinion on them?
Can you give a sample of your
Chest/back
Delt/Arm
Do you find that split, great for offeason(bulking)?
In for the WIN! Represent NY!!!!
A question Sadik, how's your food schedule the same day that you compete? Best luck
I'm not sure! I just turned 27 and I'm still making steady progress!
You're just one month younger than me dude. 27 is a weird age ain't it? :)
In for the WIN! How will you eat once competition is over.
Sadik, congrats on your 2nd place at the Olympia.
I know from the many interviews I've read from you that you are a very humble and respectful person, so I feel that you will be very gracious about your placing. No disrespect to the winner, but I felt strongly that you deserved to win.
But again, your hard work and discipline paid off with a 2nd place finish. Be proud of yourself and best of luck in the future.
Sadik, congrats on placing 2nd at the Olympia! I admire your physique and thought you deserved 1st place. I also wanted to applaud you for your ethos and for being down to earth.
I would love your feedback on a couple of questions:
- Does it work better just for you to consume all your carbs before your workout, or would you recommend it to everyone? How does that affect your results compared to eating most carbs after your workout (like most in here do)?
- What is your favorite exercise for shoulder mass gain?
- Do you consider the theory of rising cortisol after 1 hour of working out a myth?
- Do you hang out in NYC often, and do you have a spot you like?
Thanks!
Congrats on 2nd place. I had you down for the win. A few day rest then back at Bevs? If so would love to workout with you and get some tips advice
1. On the offseason I don't count my macros. I just eat as much clean food as possible since i am such a hard gainer. I like to get anywhere between 230-240lbs on the offseason. Having abs or missing a meal in the offseason does not concern me.
2. Michael Anderson, Matt Christinar to name a few.
3. 455lb bench, 495 squat, 495 dead... But it has been a very long time since I have tried to 1RM
4. Sure... Once I figure out how to (I'm new here)
Wow, that's a crazy high bench. Are most physique competitors that strong, or are you the exception?
Hi Sadik. Was wondering about your height along with both off-season and contest weight. Tnx.
Hi Sadik. Was wondering about your height along with both off-season and contest weight. Tnx.
His height is in his profile dude. 5'11
Hey Sadik. Congrats for the 2° place. I was hoping you won. But the 2° place is a thing to be proud of, so, you can win it next year. Wish you the best of lucks throughout your professional careers
congrats on 2nd, should've been 1st though
Bro your arms, delts and abs are sick
Sadik, I'm a huge fan and I have followed you for years.
I was wondering what your thoughts were on the future of mens physique? Do you feel like they'll start to incorporate more legs or poses in the shows? Also, what are your contest measurements (arms, chest, calves, etc)? What about in the offseason? I know that the mens physique guys are huge, but I don't know exactly what measurements they have.
Thank you!
Hey Sadik....two questions.
1. What did you weigh for the Olympia this year?
2. What do you plan on working on and how much would you like to weigh for your next contest?
Thanks brother...I am not in the minority at all I know, but you should have had the top spot at the O this year. Great reaction to coming in second though. Stay humble and kind always and you will do well.

Hi Sadik, I am a big fan of you, I think you are inspiring the whole world for body building
I have few question for you :
1. I heard that you train 3-4 hours a day, did you split it to morning and evening or just in one time per day ? If you split it, did you train different muscle in the morning and evening ?
2. When the first time you start seriously build your body ?
3. You have amazing delt, what is the key to build massive delt like that ?
4. I never find in youtube your video about abs training, how your abs program dude ?
sorry i ask a lot question bro
Sadik pls
You think Sadik will come back to the forums. We all know he is busy but I live in NY and would love to meet him at Bevs!

dude give it up hes outta here, youll get to see him when the next comp comes up and wants to do some promoting
Not sure if Sadik is still posting here or not but anyone else who wants to leave their input on this question feel free. My question is how does someone like Sadik improve after last year? IMO he is 100% the kind of physique and as long as he comes in as he always does should win every competition, but the only negative feedback I've ever seen on him is he's "too big" or "too conditioned". What is someone supposed to do who hears that? Get smaller? Lose conditioning, anyone have any input?
Thanks for being here answering people questiona, its really nice of you. Just one thing. Do you train your abs? Os its just your diet?
Yes! Once a week. I find heavy weighted ab machines work best for me. Obviously diet is very important also
A question Sadik, how's your food schedule the same day that you compete? Best luck
Usually I eat top sirloin and potatos the night before competing. I usually repeat that meal in the morning. Meal 2 before hitting stage will be chicken or tilapia with about 4oz of sweet potatos then I will graze on dry oats backstage while pumping up.

1. I eat all my carbs in my first 3 meals of the day... I don't train till the evening. Meals 4,5, and 6 will usually consist of carbs from vegetables only.
2. Super setting dumbbell side raises with dumbbell presses!
3. Never heard of it to be honest.
4. I prefer to hang out in Astoria... I like going to grand cafe. But I don't go out much lately
