Happy Saturday

i think everyone should do basic foam rolling. DB presses were pretty sore. i can do 80 x 15 but not quick sets like that
and i thought youd get a kick out of that YOLO pic
Busy RB - always Busy lol.
I got a regular foam roller - you think its worth it to switch I mean? Worth the extra money?

-
Another 10/10 workout and girl lol.
I usually get a better pump and more intense DOMS after a workout with low rest.
-
Good job on that volume day. I love training like that.
Weak sauce? Nahhh
-
loving the volume adn good to see its mainly using free weights!!!
-
Great work again RB.
That higher rep/low rest makes these sessions pretty tough!
-
Lotta volume and solid workouts. I approve as always RB. Hope you had a great weekend.
-
Great work Ryou ..... mirin' all those 15 rep sets for chest! By the time you hit the incline DBs after the dips and pec deck your chest must have been feeling swole.
How much rest between sets was 'little rest'?
-

all plastic actually
plastic photo-degrades, which means it never goes away
it just gets broken down to smaller particles which ultimately the fish eat
then guess who eats the fish :o

The Great Pacific Garbage Patch, the world's largest landfill, is located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean
Most of it comes from trash runoff from surrounding countries.
The concentration of plastic to plankton is 6:1
but in some places it is 60:1
