20 reps or GTFO. Especially when you don't go all the way down.
I love that you are smart enough not to say that to me and quote krete instead.

Abs skin and definition getting better and better while bulking crew checking in

That happened to me in 2010, after dieting down to pretty lean the first time as an adult, then slow bulking. There was a couple months where I thought I was genetically superior, cause I was leaning out and getting heavier and stronger. Maybe not as apparent in the case of yourself, Ingvar the Deltoid, but it had me questioning all that I had read.
For whatever reason, subsequent post-diet bulks have been more like: I'm still OK, I'm still OK, I'm still OK, HOLY SH*T I'M FAT!
Happy Valentine's Day LF chat :). Got some surprises for my man...taking him out for beers and steak, bought a new PS3 (old one got YLOD and im too lazy to be messing with thermal compound and a heat gun) and got him his fave team's official on the field jersey (Bears, Urlacher). Am excited to see how he reacts!
You should have pretended to be the horrible girlfriend who got him a ps1 instead and acted like you thought it was the same lololol

Hehe I can relate to that, pretty easy to think genetic superiority. But im trying to keep a sane mindset about it, from all the stuff i've read first bulks always seem to be quite drastic in terms of mass increase etc. So im telling myself its normal and im not superior in any way every day! I still have the mindset that im going to get fat , even if its going to take a while to get there as first time bulker, so not gonna freak out when the fat does appear, kinda looking forward to it since im tired of eating so much :D
Just gonna enjoy my first year of lifting and on the bulk to the max , since it seems the next one wont be as fun! Next cut if I manage to put on a decent lbm im going to try get down to 5-6% bf just for the thrill of seeing what that looks like even tho the wife is gonna hate it since she already hates the vascularity and muscle striations I got.

I didn't wanna overwhelm BK. lol. I think could finish the 48 hour one but I doubt I'd be competitive. I doubt I'd be competitive in any of them. Gonna try one of the 5k ones if life allows it. With an 18 minute 5k, climbing experience, etc I might do half decent. Not expecting much though.

I'm going to start eating super clean now. Any results I get now will be because of clean food. I'm done with counting calories.
Gonna get super lean though.. don't care if I go down to 150 pounds. Gettin lean.

The number doesn't matter, the TYPE of calories matter.
