Started the diet yesterday after reading this thread, gonna try it for 2-3 weeks and see how I feel. Quite interested to see how my body fairs as in the past my diet has always been high in carbs.
My meal plan for the day is;
Breakfast - Protein Shake 103cals, 21g p, 1g f, 1g c
Handful of blueberries
Lunch - Chicken salad
Dinner - Fish/Chicken salad
Gym
Protein Shake
Snack on cottage cheese throughout the day.
Currently worried that I might be over eating on veg and getting to much carbs from there but I doubt that it would be that much to go over say a daily limit of 50g carbs a day.
I noticed in the original thread that the guy was taking Hemavol to increase gym pumps, has anyone else tried it? I'v ordered a similar supplement which all report back on.

Had to give up the weights for 12+ months because of a stupid back injury. Now I'm good and starting this **** since I'm pretty much at where I began lifting muscle-wise but with some flab to go, lol. Hold me brahs. End goal is to kickstart a cut to 10-11% (I'm possibly at 18-19%) and lean bulk my gains back

I normally have 4-6oz of black coffee and a scoop of hemavol&creatine before the gym. I normally get through very well with that combo and the pumps are awesome.

This works too. Finding a right combo that fits the diet and doesn't wreck you mentally or physically is the key.

I feel good about progress. Still kinda confused about the lack of the scale moving but I'm definitely getting leaner.
-
Began May 1 @ 181.5 lbs.
Last Saturday weight was 174 lbs., had a big refeed and Sunday morning had gained 4 1/2 lbs. to 178.5
Back down to 176.5 this morning
Pretty hungry and edgy, I'm trying to make it until May 27 (beach trip) but may cut it off this weekend and ease back to just under maintenance.
I'll try to post pics at the end, I'm definitely leaner-looking.

I've done pretty good so far without getting hangry. Hope it keeps up like this. Picked up some powerade zero on my lunch break as suggested.
-
Day 2 woke up with a headache and feeling foggy like Jammer02xd had mentioned. I will try and pick up some BCAA's later to have throughout the day and see if that helps. First day was not bad at all, but I am used fasting till evening anyway. Finished yesterday off with over 500g
off egg beaters southwestern style with fat free cheese and a couple strips of bacon!

Taking in more sodium took care of my headache this morning.

Everyone, make sure to get your sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium in. This diet doesn't really provide enough so you're going to have to supplement.
-
Guys, take egg whites, pour them into a bowl, mix in whey and sweetener(not needed) and nuke it in the microwave. First for 3 mins, but some of the whites might still be liquid, so just use a spoon to get the liquid part in top and nuke again. You get some sort of a cake and its a lifesaver srs

Im just drunk enough to do an hour of elliptical

Funny thing is my sodium numbers were still pretty high just because of the things I've been choosing to eat so I don't quite get how I was deficient in sodium already. My guess is that while I was hitting a "normal" sodium number, this particular diet is more taxing on our bodies so we need even more than what a normal person would need. At least that's my thoughts on it. I've been supplementing with everything that he's recommended but I didn't particularly worry about sodium because I should have been good....

I feel the same way. Most people normally go over their daily dose of sodium but I imagine it being harder not eating terrible foods everyday. Powerade zero helps me out a lot even though I supplement like suggested. KRANE, will do.

Hell yeah day 9 176.8, almost 12 lbs, I am leaner everywhere, I feel flat but who gives a damn. I am gonna go on a whim and say that 8 lbs was water and 4lbs of fat loss so far. Now I'm hoping for that 174 Saturday morning let's get it!
The oddest thing happened yesterday, took a day off yesterday to study for a test and had the weirdest libido spike. Woke my GF up in the middle of the night to have sex, beat it 3 times, and had more sex when she got home. I am going to attribute this to maybe me getting back into keto after my refeed on Sunday?
Also Ima see about this, powerade zero, not that I feel like I need it.

Day 3 - Hunger pains not as bad as yesterday. Starting to fear again that I'm eating too much veg so going to have less with my chicken tonight. My similar supplement to Hemavol - Dedicated Vaso Grow has arrived today so will see how if its worth it during/after gym.

Day 4 for me - ^ I've stopped counting my veggies entirely and just been focusing on logging everything else. I've been right about 1100-1200 calories at the end of the day so far which is right where he says to be. Haven't been too hungry really, last night I started to feel hungry before going to be but some Z-elite did the trick. Going to be stepping on the scale come Friday evening. I feel flat as hell but I know that's from being depleted.

Great progress. Looking really flat this morning too. Chest separation is more noticeable.

No offense taken. There are a few that were between 12-15% that started but they haven't posted in a bit.

Had been looking into PSMF for awhile anyway when I saw this thread.
Keeping it at 1100 calories for now but may drop another 100 or so for next week. Monday morning weight = 191.5. This morning = 190.5
Macros = 200p, 69c, 9f.
Food = Egg whites, veggies, whey and sirloin steak.

I'll update with a picture on Friday evening. I should've been right around 14-15% when I started (at least I think I was so correct me if wrong) so you guys can be the judge.

The lower ab fat is getting smaller. I thought I was psyching myself out yesterday telling myself that I was making it up but it's definitely smaller than it was before.
