Even if I wanted to, I can't start backloading yet because I haven't started my new program yet. Still recovering a bit from my meet, I've only had 1 training session this week. So there isn't anything to backload till Monday.

Made a break thru with my lagging deadlift. I wasnt starting over the bar enough, and wasnt able to get enough hip thrust to lock it out. So now that I know the problem Im hoping to put some major lbs onto my dead by january. I know nobody cares but its a minor victory for me ha
