They must have really fallen in love with a QB.

Depends which way you look at it. It's obviously for a quarterback and if the Panthers hit on one, they won't care in few years. Only time will tell.

If he demands big bucks, I'd pass on him. Depends on the price!
Beckham is the most overrated player in the last 10-15 years.
As a Bears fan, how am I supposed to feel:
1: Good that it seems we got a good haul for a single pick and this is the start of Poles turning the franchise around and Fields is the guy
2: Not care at that much and wait for us to suck ass and finish 5-12 next year.
I'm leaning option 2 here
Fuk we lost DJ Moore, stupid move
Giants are already close. In a year or two they're probably going to have the best offensive and defensive lines in the league.
Last year, I was moderately impressed with Daniel Jones and was saying that he deserves some respect as the decent quarterback he is. But that contract will fukk the Giants I guarantee you.
In reality, most quarterbacks are a product of their system. You get the occasional superstar outlier (Mahomes, Allen, Burrow), but Daniel Jones clearly ain't it. History shows that once you pay your quarterback big bucks, you will not come close to getting a Super Bowl unless he's a HOF level talent.
Brady, Brees, Manning, Mahomes, Rodgers... these are the types of dudes you can win a Super Bowl with after you've paid them big bucks. Daniel Jones is just mediocre. For those reasons, I would bet my house, car, the whole lot that the Giants will not win a Super Bowl in the next 5 years.

When the Bears are good it's behind great defense. They should have demanded Burns or Brown instead of Moore. If I were the Bears I would demanded Burns AND Brown straight up for #1.
Panthers on the clock Lets fuking go.
Love this move for 1 reason:
it keeps that god damn weirdo Will Levis out of the great state of North Carolina. I am cool with CJ, AR, or Bryce in that order.
The Shenanigans, lol.
Sources: NFL is taking a 2023 fifth-round pick from the Texans and fining them $175,000 for what the league believes is a salary-cap violation and what Houston believes is an accounting error that dates back Deshaun Watson’s training during COVID. The Texans believe it gave them no salary-cap advantage and they were simply paying $26,000 for Watson to train at a local facility while theirs was closed during COVID. Texans appealed the league’s initial penalties, with some success. They had the NFL’s initial punishment reduced from a fourth-round pick and a $250,000 fine to a fifth-round pick and a $175,000 fine.

Really? Maybe I'm in the minority but I think Anthony Richardson is gonna be a bust in the NFL.

Its not a minority take. Its obvious hes the most raw of the 3 and has the highest boom/bust potential.
But at 6'4 240 with a 4.4 speed and a QB heavy coaching staff its easy to see how it could be intriguing. His last 6 games he went 12 TD - 2 INT with minimal talent against 5 SEC teams and FSU. His upside is absolutely massive but I can't see taking him with the #1.
Trade is now agreed to, per sources:
Dolphins get Pro Bowl CB Jalen Ramsey.
Rams get 2023 third-round pick (No. 77) and TE Hunter Long.
Trade will be processed Wednesday, when league year begins.
Another year of everybody is moving around.
Dolphins so scared of Erin they went and got Ramsey lmao
Erin with a lil smirk when B Marshall asked him about the Jets.
It's done.

Bad trade for the Dolphins in my opinion. He's now on the decline and asking for a massive new contract.
Not for me.

Nobody is scared of Erin anymore

Austin Ekeler is requesting permission to speak with other teams about a potential trade after preliminary talks with the Los Angeles Chargers aimed at a contract extension did not progress, his agent told Adam Schefter.
RunningBacks have no pull.

It's hard buying player jerseys nowadays, lol. They only good for 1,2 years.
