Chest form is genetically inherited. Some people get man titties, some get chests that naturally stick out even with little muscle mass, others have flat chests even being completely ripped; it depends on your overall body type.
If you want to even it out well through muscle, then Inclined benching would help the most for the chest specifically. Also try adding things for your traps and shoulders to make them bigger and round out your body, taking attention away from your chest. It would also help clothes fit better.

Yeah cheers for the reply.. think i might add in some more incline chest work too flatten it out a bit more... and leave out the decline... and dips etc...

Nah, its the muscle that sticks out... just kinda looks weird side on..
dosent look flat, kinda looks like a tit lol. i think the reason is to much lower pec mass. and not enough upper pec mass. think i just need to do more incline to flatten my chest out..
and no lower pec work anymore, to somewhat lose some of the mass until my upper catches upp..

I switched to incline chest workouts for a few months because of my strong lack of upper chest, and my upper chest still stays exactly the same as it was from day one.
