Ok guys...I know I have to read the stickies but I have one more question. I started using myfitnesspal a few days ago to track what I eat and it seems I consistently go over my daily allowance on fat ( even though most of that is healthy fats) and protein...while being at about half on carbs.
How bad is that and what wrong with my diet?
Attached pictures.

Looks like you're going over on carbs, not fat. Cut way down on the fruits.

Don't know what you are seeing but it shows I still have 170 carbs left.

So can anyone help with this new question I have? I am really curious how is my diet so wrong that I am going so much over fat and protein levels but like half on carbs.

That's because your goals are set poorly. You can alter them in MFP.

Those goals were suggested by myfitnesspal after I suggested how much I want to gain weekly?
Those goals were suggested by myfitnesspal after I suggested how much I want to gain weekly?
Macros should be .8g of protein per pound and .4g of fat per pound as minimums, these are not maximums. Once those MINIMUMS are met, fill remaining calories out as you like with protein/fat/carbs.

So as long as I meet the minimums then I only have to worry about the calories to be the right amount? Doesn't matter if protein is like 100grams over or fats are 100 grams over? (mostly healthy fats) ??

Thats sweet then! Sorry..but you answers really help my so I'll ask two more questions :D
Should that macros be set for my weight or for the weight I want to achieve?
And also...should I have more calories in the days when I am trying or I should try and keep it consistent no matter how much exercise I am getting that day?

Same calories daily, keep it simple.
So what you guys are saying is: Eating McDonalds and pizza is not bad as long as you don't consume too many calories that day?
That also doesn't mean binge on fast food everyday all day. Common sense comes into play here.

I know that. I work at McDonalds so basically I get a free meal every shift. But I am only getting grilled chicken salad...and sometimes having a cheat meal.
