Been rotating the usual muscle groups the past couple days. Cut out some of the cardio to get in more lifting. Shoulders tomorrow, gotta kill 'em!

-Dumbbell standing curls (one arm full rep)

Slow day today, need to build my pull up bar so i can do chins, pulls, and dips as well.

-Shrugs

-Front lateral raises w/ 10lb weight

-shoulder presses w/ 30 lb dumbells
--2 sets of 10
-shoulder presses w/ 20lb dumbells

--2 sets of 10
-Some other general endurance auxilary lifts for shoulders, reps 'till failure!

Right now i got a break for summer, but that just means 8 hours of work, 8 hours of sleep, and 8 hours left to somehow do everything i need done for school. lol

I did go and get a membership to snap yesterday (summer special, too cheap to pass up). So that should destroy any gaps in motivation (i never waste money :p). In fact i went and hit the gym today at 6 am after work, lol.
