ive been on a soup spree recently due to accumulating manufacturers coupons with existing sale prices
i just had two cans, the creamy gouda (it was goouda) bisque and half a pint of ben and jerrys chunky monkey (you dont get any fatter than this) and probably have gone up 20 pounds from the sodium...AND the soup heats the ice cream, NEGATING any calories since the two foods work together in a symbiotic relationship like the african hippopotamus and the tzetze fly

I am not big on clams, but damn, I like the clam chowder.
It's just too bad some A-hole coined the term "man-chowder".

overtrain, English, Verb.
overtrain: To train too much or too long.
Usage notes
If the object is a person who is being trained, the verb is ergative. If the object is a skill which is being trained, the verb is not ergative.
Example: "Jim overtrained."
Example: "I overtrained my leg muscles."
WRONG Example: *"My jumproping skill overtrained."

Do hurdlers stretch, bodyweight squats, and walking lunges beforehand. Even being very light the only thing that hurts is the rectus femoris, pretty bad DOMS for like 3 days. I have a legitimate bad knee (patella femoral syndrome) and it dont bother me. Personally unless you are in a sport id hold off the sprints, they are brutal on tendons and ligaments even on a rubber track.
-
I agree that I over trained but it's not over training in a sense that my muscles can't cope, it's because I have two phucked up knees.

Hey guys, I was wondering. What are some good pre-workouts (doing both lifting and cardio), and should I start taking creatine?
@ammex, nice supply, should last you a while. :)

If stimulants aren't what you're looking for for added energy..... Don't know what to tell you. You don't need anything at all to "help your lifts". If you are lacking energy I can see that. But you don't need to "help your lifts".

When what she should be looking for is an appropriate amount of weight.
Edit: maybe a carb product could be a stim alternative for energy.

You could have just bought a bicycle for 3 tubs of whey.
Helps with a caloric deficit.

Both depending on how you look at it.
The point I was getting across was literal, and the words I used were figurative in relation to the point.
All while the point was literal if you read each word as being literal.
Mind=Blown?
