I spent some time doing individual muscle parts and could not imagine doing splits but then when I began doing some splits I enjoyed them and realized I could hit the muscles just as hard, just had to be a little more creative. I like both and continue to go back and forth to be honest. My HRT was splits and I enjoyed that system but on my own I might do bi's and tri's with lots of super sets doing a try super set with a bi workout and that can destroy your arms quick! Just keep an open mind and mix things up is my opinion!

I used to do things more along those lines I just know I cant anymore just dont have the energy and my recovery isn't as good.

Yeah i can't wait to get out of school, so i can make up my own programs and not have to work around other people. It will be a while, so for now i'll just keep building foundation with multiple muscles per workout. Then when im out, i'll focus and work on bulking up.

It's a '3 scoop max' product, rather than a 2 scoop max; but im just now starting to use 2-3 scoops rather than one, so its not bad at all. nice let me know how you like it! Don't expect to feel anything dramatic on the first dose though, but I do think it gives pretty good energy considering its a non stim!

It's always nice to be stocked up! But i also split certain tubs with friends here and there. Like with that 10lb bag i got last order; i filled 2 separate 2lb tubs and we split the price.. be both use it after lifting everyday at school. lol
So i usually run out sooner than expected

BTW, kingnick what are you training for now (bulking, hypertrophy, cutting, etc.)? Because if you want I can make you a routine, like if you want I can send you my current hypertrophy bulking routine (it's a 4 day split). Also if you want a killer move for tris try this move I do: get on a decline bench and do 10-12 EZ-bar skullcrushers (make sure you go lighter than whatever your flat bench skullcrushers are the decline makes them harder) superset those with 10-12 close grip EZB presses I do 5 supersets of those (I do more for tris its just those are killer).
Just let me know, because I can post my routine for you or help you make one

Well the problem right now is that i have to follow my coaches routine for the most part, until im out of school. I have several days where i can do my own thing, but then there are set days where he tells us what we have to do as a class. It just makes things difficult, that's why I've been just going with the flow and building structure and getting down form; then when i leave school i can get a nice routine going. Cause, as of right now, im just doing a slight cut; im mostly maintaining and getting everything down.
And i'll definitely incorporate more skull crushers in my workout; and try out those declines.

I mean i got in some lunges with the BB, some calf raised with the BB, some leg extensions, and some other things.. and it was intense (i was sweating and that never happens on leg days) but i just know i could have hit it harder.

Today was an 'easy' chest day, when it comes to benching. Later in the week, when i cycle back to chest again, i'll do a heavier chest day with more exercises. Today was more overall core; the ab workout was what took up most of the time.

Had a crazy workout session today compared to my usual, especially compared to my workouts these past couple days. I started off the day with the usual 'proats' and then went to class. Around 30 minutes before my workout, i took my Neurocore, but this time i added creatine and hemavol to make a nice PWO cocktail. I also took some Avastar, so i was ready to go. As i started my workout, i could feel the pump getting out of hand; it was by far the most pumped up workout I've had in a while. On top of that, my workout just kept going and going; my guess would be that it was a cause of the ErgoTest I've been logging. My workout lasted from 1:15 to 4:15, but with a 20 minute break in between somewhere around 2:30. A good day to say the least.
