It's a nice roller pad. Not much else to say. I don't like the way it uses a thread+nut to secure. Other than that it's good.
why ? I have the 2.0 monster leg roller which i think youre referring to...not sure its that much better than the swing in one from old rml rack but never thought it was an issue...sort of a cleaner look like the swing in style.

I find the design lazy. That exposed thread is just asking for trouble.
Seems like belt squats are all the crazy at the moment. Sort of like a furby back in the day.

Fixed it for you. I'm sure the nostalgia for those days is overwhelming.
Sorinex came up with what i call updated version of Mech's

Since this is Mech's thread, does it makes any sense functionally to add storage posts to the Mech's post since you have to bolt it anyway ?
This would be helpful if you have Mech's Belt SQ in different room and can have dedicated plates for Belt SQ
Not discussing the price for obvious reasons

I saw this, thanks. Not sure how well it works when there is no weight on the "post". Seems to me you could pull it forward (or push back) fairly easily while squatting.
It would drive up the already expensive cost of shipping however.
EDIT: from the link:
"*Free Standing JˣSquat must be bolted to the ground. "
settles that.

Since we are all in suspense, does the box weigh more than 50 pounds.
Get a pic of how things are packaged. I’ve never seen anything packaged as well as my Mech Monolifts.

But I didn't have to wait to start warming up the wrists and forearms...

I know what it is. Finally going to get rid of the ghost. Don’t be scared and don’t get slimed.
So these were changed from last time. Basically everything can be moved to any hole. Better now.

What was that attachment supposed to be? It was probably mentioned here a while ago, but I forgot.

Just finished putting the belt squat together before sun down, I'll take pics of the attachment setup in the garage tomorrow since it's too dark in there to snap some pics right now and give it a test run.
Mech, any interest in building a rack attachable leg restraint for lat pulldowns. It's tough going heavy with my new Rogue monster slinger. I don't see anything on the market at the moment.

What rack?
I took a few pics of the belt squat setup, haven't attached the belt yet and haven't loaded it up with plates just yet...but when I find the time next workout I'll start using it.
I have it leaning against a wooden shelf behind it, but am planning to either get chains and a carabiner, or rope and a carabiner to secure it vertical to the back of the rack when not in use and to clear space to walk behind the rack should I need to get around it here and there.
Here's the belt squat...

3x3 rogue monster. My brother might want one too, for his monster lite.
Fantastic work.
I have bench blockz, but they're iffy for max effort work since the tiliting of the block is kind of a distraction. The elitefts shoulder saver pad (big one) would be ideal but it had been out of stock for weeks and so I ordered a foot long section of 7" tube, a $50 used barbell from amazon and welded myself a shoulder saver bar. Works good, basically equivalent to a 2 board press without the hassle of setting it up. Bar will probably bend at 600, but that's not really an issue for pressing.

I lack the time to make anything custom, and I've had at least 2 people flake on me, so I have one more. Attachment, arm, post. I can make the post freestanding or clamp to a low crossmember, but that's basically the only "custom" work I have time for.
PM only please.

Pretty cool idea, I assume it'll stay in your rack mounted out of the way on squat/GM days? My storage space is limited so my first thought was 'where the hell would I store that'

It's a barbell, I just store it in one of the vertical barbell holders I have.
It's a barbell, I just store it in one of the vertical barbell holders I have.
Doesn't even cross my mind with my short garage ceilings. A vertical barbell holder would be a luxury that doesn't work in my space

My advice...your reputation is pretty sterling. If you do decide to go that route it's 100% of funds in advance before starting and a loose timeline that is easy enough for you to meet. No more flakes. This is not uncommon for custom work.
