This thread never ceases to humble me. Yesterday I got:
2*5 245, only got 4 reps on the 3rd set. Hoping I'll hit 3*5 245 next time and than on to the 3*5 250!
I have a long way to go. I'm only at 2 plates and 35s.
I'm in, got 310 x1, on 3/11/13. I have been doing the Ed Coan 12 week program, did not attempt to go higher last round due to inconsistencies in training throughout that 12 week period. I'm on week 5 for this cycle and hope to and plan on attempting 315, hopefully more when I get to weeks 10-12 here. Will post videos once I figure out how to get videos from my windows phone on YouTube.

The sad part is I benched 420 raw at 17 years old at bw of 240 (no supplements of any kind). I'm 28 now and I can prob bench 365 for 1 rep. Working out is scarce now that I must work to pay my bills (blue collared) I'd like to bench 405 again but without getting heavy again as I put on weight easily.

I hit 295 on Friday and put 315 on and asked for a spotter but he had his hands on the bar so I can't guage if I got it or not "he said I could have gotten 2 more" lulz troll spotter

Crazy bench press numbers!
Currently my bench press is around 275lb (125kg) for one rep and I need like 130lb gain-age (60kg) for benching 405lb (185kg).
Maybe I could achieve it in two years to three years, it will be interesting. Good luck everyone.

Well it'd be rude not to be in on this! Currently benching 265 for 5x5 and yet to fail a rep in bench press on my ICF 5x5 routine! Maybe some day I'll start seeing what I can max but right now I don't really see any reason too! Anyone near the same weight as me want to race?! Good luck one and all!

Been wanting to work my way up to 2 plates for awhile now. Only at 205lbs or so, but hope to hit 225 by the end of the year (at the very very latest). Looking to gradually add on bits and bits of weight each week and see how I go!

In.... currently at an estimated 1RM of 340 :D. I've done 285x6 and 250x11 and I want to hit 365 by the end of March and hopefully 405 by next Jan.!
4 plates is my goal! Has been for a long time. I have to admit it's because it's what the players have to do at the NFL combine! lol
