As long as there is no pain don't worry about it. If it hurts just take some aleve for comfort and wait for it to go away.

I've been having butt-cheek spasms since I can remember...I always thought it was a fart that never made it outside and stayed in the flesh.
Yo...worse than a butt-cheek spasm is a upper-lip spasm...happens at the worst times...just when i'm talking to a chick at a bar i lose control of my upper lip and just spasms man...so friggin bad man.
