It's why they post "do not feed the animals" signs in national parks. They become dependent and expect more. We need to start posting those signs at the welfare offices, DMVs, and Popeye's Chicken.

Its actually worse than that(depending on ones perspective) its main goal is too keep Jamal out of Sallys classroom.
If one is racist then it only makes sense to support a modest increase in welfare as it helps ensure those born in those same poor neighborhoods, die in them, thus limiting their upward mobility,...and ultimately, like I said, out of their kids classrooms.
Imagine being a white racist and not supporting welfare and decades of leftist polices being directly implemented in "those" neighborhoods. Seems contradictory?
