Only thing affecting my workouts anymore is time and kids. I prefer winter over summer. Can always put more cloths on, but can only take off so much before the 90 year old neighbor comes out to meat gaze...
-
In the Southeast, I'll take cooler weather over the summer humidity! But my workouts are mostly indoors these days :)
-
Both taking winter over summer so far? Y'all crazy!!
-
Bump!!
Love winter time n the cold!! :D Hate summer time lol
-
I'm definitely ready for some warmer weather.
I'm training for a couple marathons later in the year and I cannot stand running on treadmills.
So I've been bundling up and getting my runs done anyway. Sucks after 45-60mins of running in below freezing temps when I get back and my fingers are numb for like the next hour. lol
-
In CA we get some cold, but the afternoons have been nice enough for a run or walk outside. Now, when it's 110 in the summer, that's when it starts to have an effect on things.
Had a Bombsicle yesterday. Good stuff.
-
I trained for a marathon a couple winters back and those numb fingers were something else! Luke warm water would feel like it was boiling!

Not a fan of this super cold weather. I am ready for the warmer weather! But it hasn’t effected me. Still waking up for that 4am workout. The shivering in the car is a great warmup for my workout.

Michigan got slammed with almost a foot of snow where I’m at, still got the workouts in minus one day! Definitely ready for summer and golf
-
I prefer the summer heat over the cold snowy winters. Workouts stay the same wether its cold out warm out. The only difference is that in winter I wear winter gloves while working out to keep my hands from freezing to the barbell
-
Adapt
I prefer the warmer weather but one must overcome and adapt. I actually have been working out more of late
-
Warm
Need that warm weather so I can get out and run. Can still run in the cold but man that hurts!
-
Winner!
