Mud's C4 Ultimate review - 3 flavors and BONUS C4U Power review
Alright guys, it's time that I review one of my favorite pre's on the market.
C4 ULTIMATE!!!!

I know its been out for a minute so I wont go into too much detail with the profile and you can clearly see in the label that it is IMO as perfectly dosed as you can get.

Now for what it does for me personally
It's got a nice 6g of citrulline that gives me a nice pump
3.2g of CarnoSyn to help with endurance and the itchies......lol I know some done like it but for me it lets me know Im ready to go!
1.5g of betaine anhydrous to help improve oxygenating my blood
a little kick of creatine in there and for me most importantly
Rauwolia root! YES really.....
So Ive been taking multiple pre workouts from different brands and I listen to my peers on what works for them and I tend to go for the more extreme stuff, only because those seem to be the ones that work best for me. As of now C4U is THE ONLY Pre that has given me a noticeable increase in energy and looking at some of the other profiles it seems Rauwolia is what helps me, Ive done several tests on other pre's and added yohimbe pills to see if it would help and it does, but not to the extent I get with C4U. Now granted there are a few pre's on my list that I have yet to try that might be comparable but as of now C4U is the top dog for me.
The mixability on this is is just as great as their profile... mixes flawlessly, then again I never mixed it and let it set...... but never any clumpies at the bottom of my shaker.... so that's always a plus.
Now, seeing I have been using it for several months I have had the luxury of trying multiple flavors and will share my thoughts on those to help you choose what you'd like to try.
Strawberry Watermelon, Orange Mango, and Sour patch bros!
I will headline ALL THREE flavors are great but Im listing them from my favorites least to best....
Orange Mango- yeah its the least favorite only cause Im not a fan of mango products.... BUT the Orange Mango combo works great here. It is very tart which to me was the only real downside to it. Id give it an 8
Strawberry Watermelon- Really great flavor, again only downside is.... very tart -a 9
Sour Patch Bros- Funny thing........ with the name starting with the word "Sour" you'd think it'd be the most sour one of the three I tried............................ NOPE. I remember my 1st sip of this expecting my cheeks to get sucked into my face..... man was I very pleasantly surprised that it wasnt! The best way I can describe it is this It's not that crazy sour you'd expect when you 1st eat a sour patch child(which Im glad it's not). Its the sweet, tart flavor after all the salty acidic coating is gone.... srs it's an amazing flavor any by far my favorite of the bunch......... very glad that BB.coom had it on some fluke half off pricing.
Id have to give this flavor ...

Thats right!
I honestly can't say I noticed any difference in 20 servings maybe an inkling of power increase but it could just be a placebo effect. I would def have to try it longer to really notice a difference.
And as always mixability is great, no biddy bits at the bottom of my shaker cup.
As for the flavor.....
I picked Cherry Pie........... cause who doesnt love some Sweet Cherry Pie???

Im going to guess the flavor selection was due to the taste of the P6 as the two flavors had "crust" to them......
I will say, this thing really delivered on the cherry pie flavor, really... i think the down side was that it had a slight bitter/tart after taste. Not horrible, but not great. Id have to give it a 7
Cliff notes,
Overall for C4U - 9.5-10 - this stuff is my jam!
C4U Power - 8 would be higher but flavor and really needed more to see any results from P6 test boost.
PS, this does not include C4U clear as I have not had the luxury of trying those yet, and I am also looking to try Blue Razz which Im sure they nailed........... just something I havent tried yet.
