What are your unpopular opinions regarding fitness and nutrition?
Is there anything you believe that goes against what everyone else says? Especially based on experiences. What are those beliefs?
Mine are - you have to train abs. So many people say the big 3 lifts are enough but i disagree. I think you need to train them like any other muscle. Also i think caffeine causes belly fat. Dont know the science behind it, something about cortisol but i believe it.
Curious if anyone else has other experiences that go against the grain or what is preached here.
