262 this morning.
With your previous time off due to surgery causing overall muscle/weight loss, do you think it could have atrophied your obliques/tighten your waist back to early 2000's status? :D
Looking forwards to seeing you on the top stage
How training going?
Big Jay! what is your favorite body part to workout ? growing up who was your favorite bodybuilder?

Thanks man.
Good luck Jay! Probably the most excited I've been for an olympia in years
go jay go!
rooting for you from singapore!
Hey Jay!
How much did you weigh in the 2006 Olympia? And why are you not coming in as big? Just to ensure better condition?
are you finding this prep harder than early olympias considering its your first time back in a year?
Hello Jay, has the bicep injury affected your training in any way?
I really hope you win the Olympia, you deserve it.
What do you think about what they said on the PBW radio show?, that a 100% Phil and its game over for everyone else regardless on how they look. In my opinion Phil is no Ronnie Coleman or Lee Haney when its comes to being a dominant Mr olympia.

Gotta say Jay, at first I didnt care at all about this generation of body builders but after follow you for a while now on ******** I have found myself really enjoying your personality and watching your lifestyle. I'm definitely rooting for you this year!
Question....I read that you said you eat about 7 meals a day and sometimes you have to force it because it just so much. What is, roughly, your diet like when you are trying to cut back and lean out? Also, how long is a session at the gym for you? 45 mins? Hour? 1.5 hours?
Thanks in advance sir! Good luck!
What's up champ. Follow you on twitter. How many days a week do you work each bodypart and how many avg. Different exercises and sets per part? God luck at Olympia!
Jay how much carbs you take daily in these days pre-competition?
