I've been doing it since late March this year. I took 8 days off after the first 6 week cycle. I'm starting my 6th week of my second go.
Opinion: I like it, a lot. I can suffer throught the depletion days and really enjoy the carb up. However, I do have to live and sometimes timing/food options arent ideal and I think this has lead to me falling short of the landmark transformation I was hoping to get. Well that and I'm sure some genetics. I also was above 15% body fat when I started.
Have you started? How is it going?
i've been doing similar CKD plans to the UD2 diet for 3 months total now, 1 month on, 1 month off, refeeds every 10 days...the first few are the hardest as you deplete yourself but you get in a groove after a while, it's helped with any plateaus I've had
