Entitlement
I can tell from her dear diary she’s a terrible waitress

I think that sense of entitlement is exactly why she's a single mother.
Tips are not a default %20+.
Those $5 could have been extremely hard earned money.
Tipping 5 on a 105 is far from right lol. You tip higher the more you spend because your table is requiring more attention.
The person who tipped 5 on a 105 is stingy af but I don't agree with businesses that pay minimum wage, some states the minimum a server is paid can be as low as 4 dollars,in Cali it's 10.5-11.
Edit: also the way tip is distributed varies, some places the person designated on the table takes the full tip, other places make you put everyone's tips in a jar and it is divided equally among all servers working that day.
Edit: not once in my post did I write servers receive less than the minimum wage with tips combined. Don't go full retard. lmao
ive tipped less on more, dont hate the player hate the game, maybe she should have done better

This. A server that complains publicly like that is guaranteed a bad server and I also guarantee she is a trashy slut too.

well it's not my job to pay your salary you stupid bitch
also LOL at her implying the employer doesn't have to top her off till minimum wage

And where do these people get 20%? I thought it was 15%
Ive tipped 25% before depends on service. Ive also tipped 1$ and when the debit machine allows ive tipped .01$ I always make sure to say thanks and get the reciept.

brb ordering a $100 bottle of wine requires a lot of attention and service at my table versus a $3 class of soda.
It's not my problem that you had a kid and have to work this **** job to pay the bills. That's on you
hopefully she gets one of these for maximum rustling

Entry level jobs suck . Waitresses get minimum wage if tips don’t make up for it. She should just get minimum wage and **** off
So... she's mad she got a free $5. Who'da thunk.
No one is legally paid below minimum wage. And if they are, they should get a better paying job at walmart.
It's different in each state because of living expenses, compare California to a more rural state. Look it up if you don't believe me lol.
I’m betting the tipper was a doctor or a school teacher . Tightest anal people I’ve ever met

The whole myth about waiting staff making less than minimum wage is such bullchit and only dumbassses still believe it at this point. It is federal law that servers be paid at least regular minimum wage, with the employer covering the difference if their tips don't add up to it or greater. Usually, wait staff make out like bandits after tips considering the level of skill required to do the job. Don't even get me started on states that require they be paid at least straight minimum wage on top of tips.

Negged. This post was so idiotic. Was that your ******** post?
She's an annoying self entitled hoe, but that doesn't make her entirely wrong

$2.63/hr?
Wtf?
So don't be a waitress.
This could have been for a table of 2 at a nice restaurant. Tipping based on plate price is ridiculous either way.
Was expecting pics of single mother...
pics of single mom?>

$5 was way too much.

I've tipped 50-100% if whatever I got myself was super cheap, just to not be a tight wad. That said, I usually base my tip amounts based on the amount of work performed rather than the exact cost. Usually this method results in me tipping a bit above 20% at times, but sometimes a bit less perhaps too. I just can't be convinced that bringing a lobster tail to my table should automatically garner a drastically bigger tip than bringing a bar cheese burger out to me. Both were the exact same tasks as far as the waiter/waitress was concerned.

Das it mane!
Brings up 2 children she obviously can't afford to have
Uses "your" when it should be "you're"
Complains that she should have gotten more aka entitlement
Negged by real life it appears
No one cares you mad poor life choices by having kids you cant afford
