It's a very big difference when you're lean. When overweight or obese, it may not even be noticeable.

Just make sure you're not confusing 5kg with bodyweight - in the first one or two weeks of weight loss you loose bodyweight

At home we started using injectable weight loss meds (semaglutide and/or tirzepatide). One can lose lots of weight with these, but there is also a lot of information about losing muscle with it, of course.
