Ok my question is what should my end weight be. I started my cut at 150 pounds and 20% body fat. (I am only 5'6). My goal is to get to 10% bodyfat before I start bulking. So what should my end weight be at 10% bodyfat?

I'm pretty sure you need to take into account your muscle mass.
Personally I wouldn't worry about looking at the amount of weight you'll be or are, instead I would focus more on your image whilst looking at the mirror but don't take my word for it as I am not as experienced as other users here.
Whatever weight you feel the best at.
FYI: you do not need to be at 10% BF before you bulk

What range of body fat percentage would you recommend to start bulking at? I just don't think I should start at 20% because it would be a lot harder to diet longer for me. BTW what do you think of my diet: I am eating 1800 calories, 150 g protein, and I just let the fat and carbs fall in. Keep the cool eating vids going dude your a beast.
