Let's see how seriously we can train until the end of 2020, and see who makes the most improvement. Show everyone you're the biggest dog on the block while also enjoying some dedicated improvement in your own training.
This is a big 3 + strict curl virtual competition. Complete a lift, log it and post a vid in this thread. Videos from a good angle of all lifts are required to be officially counted in the final tally. Weekly posts are encouraged to keep you and everyone on track.
Final numbers will be counted after Dec. 31. Deadline for all lifts and vids is midnight local time on December 31.
We'll use IPF GL points to rank the lifters. Prize is reputation points from everyone involved and 'mirin, plus your own new PRs.

Lifts are:
--Low bar or high bar squat to proper IPF depth.
--Deadlift sumo or conventional. Straps allowed?
--Bench press with a pause, where the bar is clearly motionless before pressing back up.
--Strict barbell curl.
Suggestions and ideas are welcome before we finalize the other details. Do we settle disputed lifts by group vote / consensus? Is there a cutoff date for entry? Etc.
